At the core of our machining capabilities is a Bridgeport Hardinge GX1000 CNC machining center with Okuma OSP control and Renishaw probing and tool-setting technology supporting accurate setups, repeatable production, and complex precision components.
Our CNC capacity is backed by in-house manual milling and turning for one off parts, secondary operations, repairs, and mixed process work. Fabrication capabilities include a 20 ton hydraulic press, MIG welding for steel fabrication, and dedicated TIG welding for stainless steel and aluminum.
Together, these capabilities allow Rad Fab to machine, modify, form, weld, and complete complex projects under one roof.
Precision 3 axis milling for prototypes, tooling, and production runs. We work with aluminum, tool steels, stainless, and plastics, holding tolerances as tight as ±0.0005” when required. From complex 3D surfacing to high-volume production, our Team delivers consistent, repeatable results.
Manual and precision lathe turning for shafts, bushings, pins, spacers, and custom components. We handle one-off prototypes to small-batch runs in aluminum, steel, and stainless, ensuring precise diameters, smooth finishes, and accurate threading.
Custom fabrication services including welding, tacking fixtures, and assembly jigs. We support MIG, TIG, and precision fit-ups for steel, stainless, and aluminum. From structural components to intricate weldments, our fabrication work is built to withstand demanding applications.

Precision doesn’t end when the machine stops. Every critical component is verified in-house using precision inspection equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy, consistency, and confidence before it leaves the Rad Fab shop.
Precision You Can Measure
From 0–6" micrometers and precision indicators to 12" calipers and depth micrometers, our in house metrology equipment supports accurate dimensional verification throughout the manufacturing process. Every tool plays a role in ensuring the parts we produce meet print requirements and perform as intended.
Precision Standards. Proven Results.
Our in house inspection capabilities include gauge blocks from .050" to 4", pin gauges from .011" to .500", precision angle blocks, and thread ring gauges. These tools support accurate verification of critical dimensions, hole sizes, angles, and threaded features throughout the manufacturing process.
Our in-house metrology suite includes calipers, micrometers, height gauges, granite surface plate, gauge blocks, and calibrated inspection tools for dimensional verification at all stages.
